Summer of Fusion Giveaway 2010 Official Rules

1) Qualifiers must be 21 years of age or older, (with a valid state issued drivers license). Qualifiers must not have won any MAJOR prize (over $500) from Mid-West Family Broadcasting within 30 days of qualification and may qualify only once during the contest period. One qualifier per household.
2) The “Summer of Fusion.” contest will take place throughout the summer, May 27 through Sept 9, 2010 at various “Summer Giveaway” on-location appearances.
3) Multiple entries in registration box during the same remote broadcast will result in an automatic disqualification from the contest for the remote. "Stuffing the box" will not be tolerated. Entry form information must be complete.
4) Contest qualification is non-transferable. Mid-West Family Broadcasting and WSJM, Inc. shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim prize based on difficulties with telephone lines or any other circumstances.
5) Qualifiers will be chosen from 1)“Summer Giveaway” location and contacted by phone/mail, 2) on-air, 3) on-line 4) texting with a total of 100 qualifiers (50 from each station) for the evening of the giveaway. The grand prize will be a 2010 Ford Fusion. GIVEAWAY: All qualifiers will have an envelope in a prize drum with their name in it. Envelopes will randomly be drawn out of the drum by qualifiers eliminating each other until one envelope remains, that last envelope will be the winner. (Reverse Drawing Technique)
6) Qualifiers must be present to win at contest final giveaway and qualification is non-transferable. The final giveaway will take place on Thursday, September 9th at a place to be determined. There are no exceptions and the actual qualifier must be present in order to win. Qualifier must check in by the designated time and show proper ID for verification.
7) Any and all other sponsors/advertisers involved with any promotion assume no responsibility or liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of contest. Liability information must be filled out before the prize is awarded to the winner.
8) Prize is not redeemable for cash, and no cash equivalent will be awarded. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and licensing including title and transfer per State and Federal law.
9) The voices and/or pictures of contest qualifiers and winner may be used for promotional and/or broadcast purposes by Mid-West Family Broadcasting.
10) Mid-West Family Broadcasting, WSJM, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, all contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families (i.e., siblings, in-laws) are not eligible. Employees of radio and/or television stations broadcasting within a 50-mile radius of Mid-West Family Broadcasting are also not eligible.
11) Mid-West Family Broadcasting reserves the right to amend or append these rules at any time during the contest.
