DISTSTONE

Here are the latest Furry Friends to be featured on Jonny & Company in the Morning:

More animals in need of a loving home this week:

Layla June (right): Layla June is a female Terrier-Mix who is about 2 years old.  Layla June has a tan coat with a very light brindle.  Layla June excels at meeting new people….she loves everyone!  However, when it comes to other animals, Miss LJ is much more selective and cats are a total no-go.  Layla June’s ideal home will include a nice yard for communing with nature, sleeping in on Sunday mornings, and lots of cuddle time.  If you can offer Layla June a serious “’til death do us part” commitment, please contact her match-maker at Van Buren County Animal Control at 269-621-4624, or visit the shelter at 58040 CR 681; Hartford MI 49057.

Tiger and Tazz (left): Tiger and Tazz are male brown Tabby kittens, born on November 23rd, 2016.  These brothers are the epitome of kitten-fun!  They love to play and romp, experiment with new Ninja moves, explore their foster home, and try to coax their house-mates into joining their fun.  Their foster home includes cats of various ages and two dogs, one toy-sized and one larger.  They are very well-socialized kittens.  Tiger and Tazz are neutered (as of this week!), current on vaccinations, de-wormed, tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, and receive monthly doses of Revolution.  If you want to open your heart and home to one of these guys (or both of them!), please contact Paws of Hope at 269-340-0272 or paws4ever2012@gmail.com.

Eva (right): Eva is a female German Shepherd who is about 6 years old.  Eva.AVHS.2017Unfortunately, Eva is heartworm positive but is already under-going the rigorous treatment required to cure her.  Eva is a bit shy however, with the help of staff and volunteers, she is beginning to relax a bit.  Eva is very fond of tennis balls and squeaky toys.  She is also very food motivated!  Eva is searching for a home without young children and other pets.  She is already spayed and is current on vaccinations.  To learn more about sweet Eva, please call Al-Van Humane Society at 269-637-5062 or visit the shelter at 73303 8th Ave; South Haven MI 49090.

Herman D Cat (left): Herman is a handsome 7 month old male brown Tabby cat.  Herman is a more mild-mannered kitten, playing with his toys and eating snacks when offered.  He most enjoys being curled up in a cozy lap.  Herman gets along well the dogs in his foster home.  He gets along well with children, and will follow you throughout the house.  Herman is neutered and current on vaccinations.  For more information about this little lover-boy, please contact Adopt A Friend for Life of SW Michigan at 269-488-PAWS (7297) or AFL-Cat-Adoptions@adoptafriendforlife.org .
