A billboard advertisement in Stevensville had to be taken down this week after vandals spray painted it with a swastika, an upside down cross, and the initials D.S. The billboard is located at Red Arrow Highway and Glenlord Road, and it had been promoting a series of meetings organized by the Seventh Day Adventist Church. The damage to the sign was discovered Monday morning, and within several hours, the advertisement on it was taken down. Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to call the Lincoln Township Police Department at 429-2444.
