An emotional video of a 15-year-old Michigan boy waking up from a heart transplant has gone viral and is bringing millions of others to tears.
Trevor Sullivan was diagnosed a year ago with congenital heart failure and spent nine months on the donor waiting list before a perfect match was found in November. On January 19th, he woke up with a new, healthy heart and a new lease on life – and his grateful parents were right there with him to capture the amazing moment on video.
