When life handed an 11-year-old girl lemons, she made a whole lot of money – by selling her homemade recipe for lemonade to supermarket giant Whole Foods.
Mikaila Ulmer, who pitched her all-natural beverage on Shark Tank, earned a $60,000 contract from the chain, which is also giving her a chance to spread the word about an issue that matters a lot to her – the endangered status of the world's bees.
Mikaila has already spoken at the White House and led seminars for other budding business-kids – and she's getting ready for the national launch of her brand which is called, naturally enough, Me and the Bees.
