If you were a fan of Straight Out of Compton, your not going to want to miss this!

Tonight (Thursday) A&E will air the first two hours of a new docu-series called Streets of Compton.

The mini-series gives viewers an insider’s perspective of street-life and how it affects those who grow up in and around it. Streets of Compton features interviews with Anthony Anderson, comedian Paul Rodriguez,Richard Williams (father of Venus and Serena Williams) and The Game.

The docu-series tells the story of how Compton went from white middle class utopia to black beacon of power to a violent ghetto. Though the series primarily highlights the city’s problem with gangs, violence and drugs, there are also highlights such as the election of the city’s first black mayor, the Black Panthers establishing a chapter in Compton and N.W.A.‘s rise to fame.

Game narrates and provides new music for the soundtrack. He and his family also appear in interviews where they speak candidly about how drugs and violence tore their once-comfortable lives apart.

Streets of Compton premieres tonight (Thursday) at 9 p.m. ET/PT and will feature the broadcast premiere of Game’s new single “Roped Off.” The first two hours will air tonight, with the third and final installment airing next Thursday at 10 p.m.
