Adam Levine has already offered to pay for the funeral of Christina Grimmie, who he mentored on The Voice — but insiders say he’s racked with guilt about not doing more.

An insider on the show tells Radar Online that Adam is both saddened and furious about the way the former finalist died in Orlando last week. The snitch says, “Incredibly, Adam also feels a sense of guilt for Christina’s murder. He is upset that she didn’t have more protection at that meet and greet. He said he thinks that The Voice should do even more to protect their stars. He demanded that the show do a huge security overhaul just in case.

And it could have consequences for all of us. “Adam is just so devastated over all of this that, right now, he feels like he might not even want to return to the show next season.”
