The annual Toys for Tots drive on WNDU-TV Channel 16 took place Saturday, December 3rd at a new location this year: Martin’s in Stevensville. That’s where NewsCenter 16’s Cindi Clawson and Mike Hoffman hosted the television portion of the drive, along with Zack East on 98.3 The Coast for the radio portion.
According to organizers, the location change was a big success. Many more toys came out this year, along with generous donations of cash and checks from those of you headed to the store for groceries.
We’d like to thank our radio broadcast partners, Grace Christian School in Watervliet. They’ve been holding their own in-school drive, and invite you to stop by the school and donate your new, unwrapped toys before December 13th!
