Denny Marie Post, the 59-year-old CEO of the Red Robin restaurant chain, recently got her first tattoo … after making good on a bet.
In an effort to improve customer service, Denny made a deal with her managers. If they would get better scores on the company’s customer surveys, she would get the body ink.
And sure enough, they did it. So now, Denny has a colorful picture of a smiling burger on her arm. Forever.
Denny admits that her son – who’s 22 and has three tattoos – thinks it’s hysterical.
