Disney’s Magic Kingdom truly became the most magical place on Earth for two foster children.
Courtney and Tom Gilmour have been foster parents to 12-year-old Janielle and 10-year-old Elijah for three years. They recently took the kids to Disney World in Orlando where they met Mickey Mouse … who had a very special surprise for them.
The kids walked into the room to meet Mickey and take pictures with them. They never expected what happened next.
As they posed for the camera, Mickey presented them with a sign letting them know that Courtney and Tom were officially adopting them.
Once the surprise sunk in, both kids were brought to tears. Even Mickey got emotional and kept hugging the family.
