Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats is leaving the White House.  Coats is expected to be replaced by Texas Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe.

Coats had a difficult relationship with President Trump and clashed over North Korea and Russia. The former Indiana senator has widely been considered among the most vulnerable members of the president’s administration, though both men always downplayed talk of conflict.

It’s unclear when Coats will leave his post.
