Adam Sandler continues to deliver for Netflix.
His horror-comedy Hubie Halloween, which was released only last month, is Netflix’s most popular movie of 2020.
This comes only a few months after Sandler’s contract with the streaming service was extended to include four new films.
According to Netflix, subscribers have streamed more than two billion hours of his movies since 2015.

Jason Momoa is one of the biggest stars in the world, but that hasn’t always been the case.
The 41-year-old, who has two children with wife Lisa Bonet, says he hit some hard times after he was killed off Game of Thrones in 2011. He tells InStyle magazine, “I mean, we were starving after Game of Thrones. I couldn’t get work. It’s very challenging when you have babies and you’re completely in debt.”
But things started looking up when he was cast as Aquaman in Justice League in 2016, which was followed by the 2018 standalone flick Aquaman.
Now he’s booked through 2024 with roles in Apple TV+’s SeeDune and an Aquaman sequel.
Jason says he couldn’t believe how far his career had come when he first watched the Dune trailer. “It was ‘Josh Brolin, Jason Momoa, Javier Bardem,’ and I’m just like, ‘Oh my god. I can’t believe my name was with those names.’ I feel like I’m still a kid, freaking out.”

We Got This Covered says Disney my write out Johnny Depp’s Jack Sparrow character from the next ”Pirates of the Caribbean” film. A source tells the website, ”Pirates franchise will write off Depp by saying Sparrow died off screen, but as long as you don’t see a body he could maybe come back in the future.”
Small Screen says over 250,000 people have signed a change.org petition calling for Disney to bring Johnny back as Jack Sparrow.
