Being a young adult, Torch enjoys practicing his super speed when chasing the evil Dr. Catnip and his evil villain toys and his kitty purr powers when being loved. Found as a stray, it is unknown if Torch gets along with other animals or children. His adoption fee is $55 for a Cass County resident or $60 for an out of county resident.
