House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said House Democrats “may have to impeach President Donald Trump” following allegations that the President pressured Ukraine to investigate a political adversary. Schiff — a senior Democrat who has long been cautious about efforts to oust the president — said on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday that Trump’s request that a Ukrainian leader investigate a business connected to former vice president Joe Biden’s son would be “the most profound violation of the presidential oath of office.” Additionally, Schiff says that the director of national intelligence’s unwillingness to turn over a recent whistleblower complaint about a call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky could amount to a “coverup.”... Pennsylvania State Sen. Michael Folmer Charged With Possession of Child Pornography

Pennsylvania State Sen. Mike Folmer has stepped down following his arrest on charges of possession of child pornography. U.S. Will Not Grant Protected Status To Displaced Bahamians Affected By Hurricane Dorian

According to multiple reports, the Trump administration will not grant temporary protected status (TPS) to Bahamians affected by Hurricane Dorian.  It is being widely reported that the administration ultimately decided against offering the humanitarian relief after acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan said Monday that it was being considered. Granting TPS would allow Bahamians to work and live in the U.S. until it is deemed safe to return home. Google Faces Antitrust Probe By 50 States

50 attorneys general are joining an investigation into Google over possible antitrust violations. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the initiative’s leader, announced on Monday the bipartisan investigation into Google’s practices.
