Do you ever force yourself to stay up, even if you’re tired, because you feel like you didn’t have enough time to yourself during the day? You know … you’re tired and need to get up early in the morning, but you just keep stubbornly scrolling on your phone. Well, get this – there’s a name for that. Psychologists call it “revenge bedtime procrastination.” Saman Haider, who is a pre-med psychology student at the University of Iowa, stumbled upon the phrase one night while she was doing that very thing and made a TikTok video to share the info and see if other people could relate. The video has been viewed 13.6 million times … and, yes, LOTS of people could relate. (Glamour)

A new YouGov poll found that 48% of women say they’ve been disappointed by a romantic partner who didn’t do enough for Valentine’s Day. Only 23% of men felt the same way. Women between the ages of 35 and 54 were the most likely to say that they’d been let down on Valentine’s Day, with 57% saying they’d been disappointed.

Are you more forgiving of your pet than your partner? You’re not alone. Seems when it comes to bad behavior, we let our pets get away with things – because they’re so darn cute. A survey found that 70% say they look the other way when their pet does something wrong and 71% admit they are more lenient with their pets than their partners. (SWNS)

Some people reach for coffee in the morning – others prefer their caffeine in soda form. Well, now you can have both. Coca-Cola is launching Coke with Coffee. And there are different flavors to choose from: Dark Blend, Caramel, and Vanilla. (Food Beast)
