Do you ever force yourself to stay up, even if you’re tired, because you feel like you didn’t have enough time to yourself during the day? You know … you’re tired and need to get up early in the morning, but you just keep stubbornly scrolling on your phone. Well, get this – there’s a name for that. Psychologists call it “revenge bedtime procrastination.” Saman Haider, who is a pre-med psychology student at the University of Iowa, stumbled upon the phrase one night while she was doing that very thing and made a TikTok video to share the info and see if other people could relate. Women between the ages of 35 and 54 were the most likely to say that they’d been let down on Valentine’s Day, with 57% saying they’d been disappointed.

A survey found that 70% say they look the other way when their pet does something wrong and 71% admit they are more lenient with their pets than their partners. (SWNS)
