TODAY IS:
  • Twilight Zone Day
It’s also National Eat What You Want Day.  So I guess that means some people haven’t treated every day since March last year as an unofficial eat whatever you want day?
A new survey found the top foods we’d eat every single day if, you know, we didn’t have to worry about all the consequences of eating them.  Check ’em out . . .
1.  Pizza.
2.  Pasta.
3.  Burgers.
4.  Ice cream.
5.  Tacos or burritos.
6.  Chocolate.
7.  Fries.
8.  Donuts.
9.  Cake.
10.  Chips.

Twitter is introducing a “tip jar” that will allow users to put their money where their “likes” are by transferring cold hard cash via PayPal, Venmo or CashApp. Don’t get your hopes up about cashing in, though – right now, the tip jar is only available to so-called blue-check verified accounts, including athletes, entertainers and journalists. (Best Life)

study from Germany found that older adults who say they “feel younger” than their actual age are actually younger, health-wise – both mentally and physically – than adults who say they “feel old.” Adults who felt more youthful were mentally stronger, had less inflammation, were hospitalized less, and lived longer than adults who felt like their actual age (or older).
